A Federal Court has ruled the public may make pictures and Homeland Security has changed the rules instructing their security officers not to prohibit or infringe on the public’s right.

I assume the HS folks can bust into your home in the middle of the night, arrest you without explaining any charges, take you away without any opportunity to obtain counsel, put you in prison for any length of time, where ever they choose, and still not let you have legal help or tell your family where you are…. Can they still do THAT?
